Smith, 50, was wanted on charges linked to possession with intent to distribute cocaine, Oney understood.the moment leading submission into Smiths residence, three deputy marshals were fired leading by a shotgun blast and struck, Oney supposed. Deputies returned fire on Smith and he was shot over on the background.
